Returns and Refunds Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order, provided that the following conditions are met:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
The item must not be a clearance item, promotional item, or a non-returnable item (see details below).
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
Customized or made-to-order items (such as jerseys with printed names or numbers).
Clearance items or heavily discounted items (Final Sale).
Opened items such as socks, inner shirts, or sealed products, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Exchanges
Please submit your exchange request within 7 days after receiving your order by contacting support@portfcstore.com.
We will process the exchange once we have received and inspected the returned item.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
You will receive a full refund via your original payment method (excluding the original shipping fee).
Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item for the refund to be completed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos and details so our team can review and assist you.
